I can't view the flick from school. And I am sure that there is a good reason behind the screen shot. But lets not pretend that Fox News should be a place where people get their news from.
You're not that funny. Let's stay on point.
I'm not defending Fox News, but they're not the only ones who screw up a caption.
Then again, this isn't a new thing for Fox either.

So you are saying it was just a misunderstanding that Libby is "not convicted"?
Just curious

Did you watch the segment? A single frame can be misleading.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
It's not a misunderstanding at all. The caption is 100% correct. He was convicted on four of five charges, the one that he was aquitted of was lying to an FBI investigator, so the caption is technically correct...though it is certainly a glaring example of selective reporting.

This was my point. It was honest. They enumerated the charges in a span of 2 seconds. When you take a single frame it gives a false impression.

you have the link?
It's Fox News. I don't have a direct link. Fox News has one of those media players and an archive. The Libby story is on the front page in the top 5 video links.

Yeah, I really shouldn't have even commented on whether or not it was selective reporting without seeing the video. For all I know the previous captions may have read "Libby found guilty of..." for each of the charges he was convicted of.
Also, it's kind of funny that people decrying Fox News for their reporting are apparently accepting the article from newscorpse.com as fair and balanced.
