scheduling advice

Postby JohnR » Mon Mar 05, 2007 5:49 am

does anyone know of any programs/software out there that can assist a commisioner in scheduling? my league is a head to head points based league, and we use an unbalanced schedule....every year i dread doing the scheduling, i just never cared to look around for anything...

thanks in advance

16 team league (4 divisions of 4)

each team plays 4 games per week

18 periods in the year...therefore every team plays 72 games

each division team plays the 3 other division teams 8 times (8x3=24)

and they play the other 12 teams 4 times (12x4=48)

(24+48=72)
The one constant through all the years has been baseball. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again...This field, this game, is a part of our past. It reminds us of all that once was good, and that could be again.
