I don't think there's a set time for this, although I think it's around 3:00 in the morning. Not sure though..

i can guarantee you its definitely not midnight central time. it varies from what i have seen.

Last year I thought it was somewhere between 2 and 3am PST. When i would come back from the bar I could usually log on, check scores, waivers, and do some drunken damage to my team.
