Looking for new keeper league - head-to-head scoring

The keeper league I've been part of for the past 6 years just disolved. I'm looking for a league that is starting up new for 2004. I'd prefer to do an online draft. I prefer head-to-head scoring. If the league is solid and the owners are all informed and commited I plan to be in it for the long haul. Prefer fees and cash prizes, since it usually means more serious owners. Let me know if you've got a league like this in need of owners.
