These questions depend on your settings. Do you have an innings limit, do you have a minimum innings, do you have weekly trasactions or daily etc?

In most cases H2H devalues volatile stats and increases value of steadier stats. In my experience that means SB is devalued some as are SV's, ERA, W's and pitching in general. Not to say they are worthless, just not as valuable as in Roto or a points league. Most people would suggest you go heavy hitting in the early rounds, take good K/WHIP type pitchers in the mid rounds. People seem to differ a lot on how much they value SV's and SB's though.
