Thinnest/Deepest Positions?

An 8 team league basically leaves so much talent on the FA list that no position is shallow. You can build a team of FA's that should be competitive because there is basically no skill involved in the league.

OF is definitely weaker than normal this year, but I wouldn't call it the thinnest. In a 12 team league, there are not 3 solid options for every team, but for an 8 team league there are. I think there are 24 outfielders that I would rank in the top 100 overall players while there are 4 second baseman, at most, and only 3 catchers I'd rank in the top 100.

Even if you do have 24 OF in the Top 100, there is a reason for it. 1. The Position is weak, so you want to draft them high. 2. There are 3 OF spots and only 1 of everything else. 3. There are so many 1B and UTL players who get to play a few games at OF and are eligble there.
Is pushing for President Obama to pass a law requiring all citizens to be Chicago White Sox fans and make October 1st "White Sox Day" where we all dress as our favorite player. It maybe socialist, but I don't care.

OF is terrible this year. I always draft them a little later and get the underated guys later. I like my OF and I didn't draft them early other then Andruw Jones.

Jones
Bonds
Ibanez
D Roberts. Its OBP BTW so Bonds is a beast.

Don't take this personal, but that outfield is putrid.

Putrid?

Not spectacular but very serviceable, considering he probably got them all fairly late in the draft.
