OF is definitely weaker than normal this year, but I wouldn't call it the thinnest. In a 12 team league, there are not 3 solid options for every team, but for an 8 team league there are. I think there are 24 outfielders that I would rank in the top 100 overall players while there are 4 second baseman, at most, and only 3 catchers I'd rank in the top 100.
Even if you do have 24 OF in the Top 100, there is a reason for it. 1. The Position is weak, so you want to draft them high. 2. There are 3 OF spots and only 1 of everything else. 3. There are so many 1B and UTL players who get to play a few games at OF and are eligble there.
Is pushing for President Obama to pass a law requiring all citizens to be Chicago White Sox fans and make October 1st "White Sox Day" where we all dress as our favorite player. It maybe socialist, but I don't care.
