Why is Figgins listed as a second baseman in yahoo?

I'm looking in my league in the FA pool--it's an offline draft in which we haven't drafted yet, so everyone is available--and Figgins is eligible at second base. What's up with this? He only played 9 games. Did he start five of them?

I ask because this greatly increases his value, and if it's a glitch by yahoo I'd like to get it sorted out ASAP.

I did a search for this and didn't find anything on it, so forgive me if there's been a thread already.

No glitch. I think he started all 9 of his 2B appearances...but he definitely started at least 5 of them ;-D

Yeah Figgins is legitimately eligible at 2B for 2007. There's no glitch there.

Yea he started at least 5 games there last year. Too bad the Cubs wont give Soriano 5 starts at 2b.

Seriously if Soriano had 2B elgibility he would be sick. But yes Figgins started all 9 of them.

Interesting. Nice catch by my league mate then.

I didn't see him in any 2b rankings so I figured he wasn't eligible. Oh well, better double check next time.
