I like the trade for you. Matt cain will improve even more this year, capuano is decent, and putz can be lights out. Daisuke is an enigma at this point, we dont really know how he will pan out in the states. I perfer someone who has had past success like cain, so good trade for you.

i dropped colon and picked up isringhausen, i may have a deal in place with drew and crosby for a better SS. i really have no idea who my keepers will be since this is first season and i drafted many top prospects hoping they could be great trade value. we keep 9 so id have to narrow it down to these:

crawford
cabrera
wells
holliday
kazmir
f. rodriguez
bj ryan?
felix hernandez
alex rios? (maybe?)
dice-k (if i dont trade him)
then depending on how they do:

I would try and build the best team you can for this season first. So any excess prospects you may have, I would ship off to improve your team since the number of your keepers are already solid.

Very strong team. How the heck did you end up with Shields AND Linebrink in a holds league? Anyway, I don't think I would make any moves, except maybe picking up Izzy. I agree that Dice-K is worth a lot right now, based solely on hype. Now is the time to try to move him, if you are considering it.
