Overall I think you did pretty good, though I'm not completely sold on Young

Thats the price you pay for grabbing pitchers early. Don't get me wrong, I think you are strong in pitching but the offensive categories suffer an awful lot. IF.....and its a big if, Piazza, Helton, Beltre, and Crosby have GOOD to great years, you'll be ok but each of those guys have their own demons. I know its preference but I believe that difference between the arms at the bottom of the draft and the arms at the top is less than that bats at the top and the bats at the bottom.
