I went with the RIMA plan for this Y! 5x5 team. I had the first overall pick out of 17 teams. For those of you not familiar with the LIMA/RIMA plans you attempt to ace all of if not most of the offensive categories, and get enough quality innings to finish in the top 1/3 of pitching categories. This should be enough to win the league
CA Mike Barrett
1B Albert Pujols
2B Marcus Giles
3B Scott Rolen
SS Rafael Furcal
OF Matt Holliday
OF Alex Rios
OF Aubrey Huff
UT Carlos Delgado
BN Chris Young
BN Mike Jacobs
SP Javy Vazquez
SP AJ Burnett
RP Jose Valverde
RP Jason Isringhausen
P Bob Wickman
P David Weather
P Kelvin Escobar
BN Ian Snell
BN Mike Wuertz
BN Homer Bailey
I plan to keep Wuertz on the bench and wait to see if he gets a shot at the closers job in Chicago (once Lou's head explodes from Dempter). He has the best BPV of any of their options
Bailey on the other hand i took a last round stab at. I want to see if he cracks the rotation out of camp. He could be this year's Verlander.

if RIMA is the plan then you should be okay except for steals. You are strong enough in the other offensive categories that you could handle someone like freel at second base. You really do need to replace giles with a speed demon - see if you can pry freel away from someone.
I like the pitching, but a lot of injury risk with escobar and burnett. Valverde is underrated and should be a stud. With this strategy you can work the wire and find solid innings guys though. Overall good job.
