maybe you could pick him up this year, then trade him and smoltz for big papi in a keeper league (like I did after the start of last season)...

Gomes is swing freely and hitting Bombs out of the park in BP, he looks healthy. Only time during ST will tell about him. I think pitchers have figured him out and he K's a lot. IMO i want Upton at DH and not Johnny. I will keep u updated on his ST looks, he will be given the starting DH role and a lot of leway with it
