I would bet he will get the day off tommorow. The Rays are saying they were going to call up another bench player and demote a pitcher. It was supposed to be ben Zobrist or Joel Guzman, but with this it may be Ruggiano to fill an OF role for Upton while he resting and give Upton time to DH

BJ looked real good in the field last night. I was in the front row between him and Carl, he showed no effects of any quad, so it must have been cramps from the heat

I just noticed that over the last two weeks (59 ABs), Upton is hitting .356 with 5 HRs, 12 runs, and 13 RBIs.
