but have you seen his SB vs. CS rate at the high minors and majors? He was caught more time then stealing successfully last year
Trust me, I'm not a Hart basher by any mean. I liked him for a long time and own him in a team. But the CSs are a big concern.
I think he has more power than you're giving him credit for.
it is pretty raw, though.
i remember him stealing 30 a few years ago.
i think he needs to have solid consistent playing time to be successful stealing. day in and day out, choosing his spots.
i am ignoring those CS and believing it'd be a different story if he played everyday.

Won't bat 5th, will bat 2nd, kennedy bats 7th or 8th. It's already been mentioned by La Russa. And why take Duncan, who had trouble with breaking balls, out of the one spot where he's going to see more fastballs than anywhere else?

i agree i agree you would know how to spell his name...not to mention, i didnt think personal trainer went to the y with their clients
You guys are acting like Corey Hart is a millionaire who lives in a villa... do you know what minor leaguers get? I saw something on this in Baseball America last year, and I thin at AAA you get like 35k a year... that's not rich by any stretch of the imagination. Of course, I think Corey did spend most of last year in the majors... so his salary would increase to 300k, which while much nicer than 35 still isn't so high as to make it unbelievable that he works out at the Y.
Oh, and I think Corey is a great sleeper and I am happy to have him in one of my leagues.
I wouldn't call these guys sleepers. I'd call them breakout candidates. Everyone knows about Zumaya, Rios, and Markakis. They do at least if they hang around the cafe.

I think he's the personal trainer for this Cory Hart
ok on my way out the door to go train with Cory Feldman, Corey Haim, Corey Patterson , Corey Koskie, Cory Sullivan and Alex Coreya (Red Sox).
We train at Bubbas Gym on the Westside, we get a special "Corey/Cory" rate
