After week 3, because of off days, pitchers match up against any pitchers. The spot in order is really immaterial.

Garcias best years were in Safeco.

4.46 era in U S Cellular, which favors hitters like Citizens Bank.

I wouldnt call Zumaya a sleeper, especially if your league counts holds. Everyone loves those young fireballers (see: Jenks, Bobby).

Wainwright might be a sleeper but not if Issy isn't healthy and he can steal some saves.

I'll be happy with a healthy year from Juan Encarnacion number from Hart this year. 15/15 is possible.

Agree Tim Lincecum is no household name. But wait till 2008 when he IS.

have a bet going. Can't have 2 sig bet at the same time. I like Lincecum a ton but he isn't assured of a starting gig like Hart is. Or else I'd bet with you.

but have you seen his SB vs. CS rate at the high minors and majors? He was caught more time then stealing successfully last year

Trust me, I'm not a Hart basher by any mean. I liked him for a long time and own him in a team. But the CSs are a big concern.
