1. Freddy Garcia could do well with his first year in the NL since he did well in the AL usually going up against the other teams best sp
2. Joel Zumaya- great for holds, cheap wins,, good era, whip and strikeouts and some saves
3. Adam Wainwright: has good stuff and on the cardinals and wont be pitching against most 1 or 2 sp
4. For holds, Ryan Madsen, play him at sp in yahoo leagues and getting 11 wins from him last year was great
5. Adam Eaton: won't be great but good enough for a very late pick, some leagues doesn't even get drafted , or at least he didnt in ten mock drafts ive done.
6. C: David Ross: full time starter in cincy and will have a great season, come out now he only had 247 at bats and got 21 hr and 52 rbi.
7. Alex Rios: not sure why he goes so late, can you believe i got him in round 11 in one league/
8. Stephen drew: just watch him play, nuff said
9. In ops leagues: brian giles , he will get 100 walks again
10. Chris Duncan: may bat 5th, he won't bat 2nd, adam kennedy will bat 2nd
11. Wes Helms: loaded lineup and worth a shot late
12. Cory Hart: im his personal trainer and lives 30 min from me and will be starting: 6'6 and has the tools and added more speed, endurance and a great pick in a deep league

But are you really Corey Hart's trainer? Why would he work out at the YMCA? Just curious I would think he would have a more prestigious workout facility no offense.
Is he(Hart) really going to blow up this year? I'm dying for some sleeper OF this year...

Hart was a very good prospect that got sidetracked by injury I believe. Definitely a good sleeper.

this might sound bold, but what if i told you most players, coaches, managers, some trainers have no idea what they are doing and sometimes even saying.
Sometimes a player will get injured and not even rehab and just drink beer. Some when lifting weights use too much momentum and throw the weights around not caring about form. Some are extremely lazy, some have attention deficit disorder. Some coaches are so old school and believe run you to death and then only get one at bat to make a team.
Wow, not only does he insult Hispanic people but he doesn't know who Tim Lincecum is, Can we toss this guy??? BTW, what is Corey Hart doing working out at a YMCA, Id figure he'd at least go to a 24 Hour Fitness. Maybe baseball players are underpaid...
