wveres, yeah nice points about selling out. Even though I am thinking of transferring to a college in SoCal, I don't know about the politics and baseball support down there. Here in the Bay Area we sell out Pac Bell (now SBC) pretty regularly. It is soooo hard to get tickets. Your reference does not describe the California baseball fan, it describes the SoCal baseball fan . And, we were not dumb enough to give Arnold a majority of our votes.

Are you going in on season tickets? When Pac Bell opened, everyone was doubting that they would sell many tickets. We thought that at least the upper deck would always have some seats on game day. But no, EVERYONE bought tickets! Now a days I drool over seats in the bleachers. And, I have not sat at field level for two years.
