Would you draft Jose Reyes over Ryan Howard?

I raise this question due to seeing Reyes go earlier in some drafts than Howard and I compared the 2 and asked myseld..Are steals Alone worth it? I say no way what so ever. Consider that Howard will beat Reyes in HR,RBI,AVE come close to or beat him in RUNS and only lose in SB's.. Last year Reyes almost Tripled his HR's and I do not see that happening again..I totally see Reyes somewhere in between 05 and 06 like a 10 HR, 65 RBI, .285 Ave, 110 Runs, and 60 SB's..Nice but not a Howard-esq 48-60 HR's, 130-150 RBI's, 300+ ave, 100+ Runs ect.. So have you or would you take Reyes over Howard?
