What do you think, i no i need to get a better util player but what else?

Your hitters are very balanced, but a little down on power. Miggy, Bay and Fielder will win you a couple of weeks HRs and RBIs, but that will be streaky. I'd try and package Damon and Swisher for a big homerun guy, and don't worry about that power hitters ave, as miggey and utley will pick up the pace.
Youre pitching is also pretty well-rounded, but you don't have one stud pitcher that will get you the wins and k's every week...Id try and trade two of the starters for a top-tier such as zambrano/oswalt type. Or, you can even trade three SP's for a lights out starter and another good closer, so you can win those saves every week (with jenks, you will)

i'd look for some relief arms. Is Broxton or Zumaya available? Maybe try to move Lowry for Wickman or Valverde.

or Lowry for a #2 closer.
Team is definitely solid, lots of power, good amount of speed, you should (could) win your league if your pitching holds up. I would lok to acquire Hampton or Haren right before the deadline to shore up your pitching.

Solid team as far as not having power goes um you have 5 for sure that will give you 30 plus homers and 2-3 more that could land anywhere from 20-30. Power is sold, bit owrried about your closers though I'd try to grab 1 more.

You have a very solid infield. I like the addition of Adrian Gonzalez as well. However, I'd drop Granderson, as I dont' think he will be very valuable this year. Your pitching is pretty sick, which means you can afford to lose one of your arms in order to get a closer. I would definetly add another closer because I don't trust Jenks at all. Otherwise, you have really good balance.

infield and hitting is solid and balenced but u realy need to get rid of granderson he will probably stink this year

Just gotta' ask....why no love for Granderson? Talented guy going into his second full year...I think he should pretty much build on everything (average, runs, homeruns, steals) this year.
