Any solid Overall rankings?

There are a number of overall top 250 or 300 rankings out there but I was wondering if anyone at the Cafe had a solid Overall ranking that they use? Many of the ones that I see at other sites are flawed in some way or another and I thought that maybe someone here has dome some type of average of a number of sources or have put something solid together on their own. I'm anxiously awaiting the Cafe Rankings but I believe those are always positional.

I made a few change sbut I thought that this set of rankings was close to perfect. If you just look at the round then you should be fine. You never want to draft based on rankings alone. If you do, then you'll end up with alot of pitchers and no hitters or the other way around.
