Which Minors to drop

Is there a cap on # of minors to keep? Assuming you're at your cap already, I would drop Clement and Patton. Maybe even Fowler, depending on what you project to get in the 3rd round. Where are you positioned in the draft and how many teams are in the league?

fowler has a lot of potential esp being a coors product.
