.255 average, 25-30 HR if he plays full time and is healthy. The odds of him playing full time and being healthy are pretty small though.

There is a difference between being hurt and being a bust. For the past 2 years he's been playing hurt, now he got the shoulder fixed. He makes a pretty decent sleeper this year but he still has his batting average downside and he still is a significant injury risk.
