How does my team look? WHIR

Postby Weasel_King » Fri Feb 23, 2007 12:39 pm

I just drafted a few days ago in a 5x5 roto league with 10 owners. I like my team, but the problem is of all the question marks. Here's my roster:

My team
C: Michael Barret
C: Kenji Johjima
1B: Albert Pujols (snagged at number 3!)
2B: Brian Roberts
3B: Joe Crede
SS: Miguel Tejada
OF: Grady Sizemore
OF: Delmon Young
OF: Alex Rios
OF: Rocco Baldelli
OF:Coco Crisp
U: Troy Glaus
U: Chad Tracy

SP: Roy Halladay
SP: Jason Schmidt
SP: Bronson Arroyo
SP: Rich Harden
SP: Jonathon Pabellon (hope he moves into rotation for sure)
SP: Jose Contreras
RP: B.J. Ryan
RP: Takashi Saito
RP: Brian Fuentes

Reserves:
3B: Alex Gordon (might start him if he proves his hype)
SP: Jason Jennings

I'm not a big fan of my OF for a 10-team league. It'll be fine if Delmon Young works out, otherwise im cooked. :-o
Let me know what you think

for a 10 team league, you should have much stronger hitting than that... don't plan on winning it this year, good luck though, maybe you can pull of a beneficial trade or two throughout the season.

I think you have a pretty solid infield especially if Gordon is any good and you can start him. You could use some more pop in the lineup but you should get some SBs. You got some potential at OF. Young could be good and Rios was playing out of his head before the infection last year. Your pitching is pretty solid so don't worry about that.

You could be alright if you can get a little more offense.

Thanks for the help and good luck

I would trade Papelbon for the best OF you can get before the season begins. Someone in your league will be extremely overvaluing him.
