3rd base is deep, but you might as well see how Chavez does, especially with Teahen waiting in the wings. You have a solid outfield (though there may be someone stronger than Alou out there), which makes up for the weakness (supposedly) at firstbase. But since you have such a strong offense all around anyway (Love the use of Figgins at 2nd) it probably won't matter. Pitching is good (you do need a closer or two...or three) especially the top two. This is a top three team, and should easily challenge for a championship.

Pretty nice team. You have an amazing rotation, but you definetly need another closer. Chavez isn't too bad, I'd stick with him and if he falters, you can put Teahen in.

I think you should definitely look for an upgrade at OF to take over Moises Alou's spot, but I'm not sure about your need for another closer. I would look at trading Rapheal Soriano to help you get some more juice at OF-- he is 3rd in line for the Braves' closing job, and although good, will not get many save chances behind Wickman AND Gonzales in my opinion.

Zumaya, on the other hand, stands an excellent chance of being a closer SOMEWHERE this season.

At 3B, you seem to have two excellent backups, or two very weak starters. An upgrade there is a posibility, but not a necessity, as one of those two will probably stand to have a good season.

I think that's a great team. You must have drafted well. I agree with others in that Alou could be upgraded, and you have a need for a second reliable closer. I would try shopping around Thome or maybe if someone overvalues Kazmir/Hamels, shop them for the stud OF or RP.
