El Duque Injured

Postby CrazyJoe » Thu Feb 22, 2007 2:36 pm

Great El Duque is injured and he didn't even throw one pitch. I think El Duque is going to try and hide the injury because everyone knows we are relying on him to be one of the veteran SPs we can rely on. He'll probably make the rotation but not be 100%.

looks like he's breaking down. I guess what can you expect from an old man.

talk abou an old man...the mets are still trying to figure out how old he is...seems like he wants to be portrayed as younger so teams wont give up on him too easily

Yeah I biggest worry is our rotation and El Dugue is already hurt. I know it's just arthritis but it's something that is going to bother him on and off all year now.
