Was wondering if anyone tried to pick players at random in the later rounds of the draft to avoid bias? If so what techniques did you use to take out the bias?
The reason i ask is because i have a list of say 15 players or so that i feel will be leftover in the last two rounds. I'm really just speculating on who will be the sleeper and such. So i figure if i make this truley random im at least eliminating the bias, and maybe making a better selection?
I'm assuming some people may do this in other rounds, or for whole positions?

I never pick anyone randomly. At the end of the draft I try to find the best players left, simple as that.
Bah, humbug.

Interesting. So theres no one around here who has players set about equal value then? Where it would kinda become a wash on which one you take?

and if that fails and they're completely equal, take the one who has the most A's in their first name.

I don't even understand why you would consider doing this. Just like I do at the beginning of the drfaft, I take the player that will most help me team for the later rounds as well.
