Who do you like this year?
Soriano is a great option, since he went 40/40 in RFK, which is a pitcher's park.
Beltran had a great year last year, and I think I heard somewhere he will be running more this year.

In my opinion Soriano is the better option. In 2006 Soriano's hitting topped Beltran in each category.

C-Belt WANTS to run more. So does Adam Dunn and every other guy. I predicted a big year from Beltran last year based on his career stats - Up and Down to some degree every year - check it out. Watch for his power numbers to dip slightly. His average (other than his career year) is 270ish and he will be right at that. He is being over-rated in most rankings I see. The Mets cant run him with all that meat behind him and Reyes on base in front of him. I would take Berkman or Bay over him becuase of consistency. More so with Berkman. I look for Sori to have 10-20 more SBs and 10-15 more Hrs and about the same average and runs. I would pay 35 for Sori and 30 for C-Belt in a standard. Id take Sori - 5-7 picks ahead of C-Belt.

I'd go with Soriano. The numbers are just flat out better, and he's proven to be more durable during that span.
The interesting question is, does the .270 average bother you from your second overall pick?

I had that at first, but lately I've been having a change of heart, which is why I started this thread.

RFK is not a pitchers park to right handed pull batters which is what Soriano is.

You'll notice most of his HR's were pulled to left field with a few to left center and very few to the right.
As for him hitting more HR's in Wrigley thats really up for debate. Wrigley is the easiest park in baseball to hit a HR in when wind is blowing out and one of the hardest when its blowing in. It makes it harder to predict than most.
