I don't think you can give it to a football player. There's so many things that need to happen for a big run that you can't give all the credit to the running back. All the other guys blocking give him the room, and he works with it.

yeah im definitely with you teddy...


the whole he hits a ball thats standing still argument is bogus, because practically every "athlete" can play golf, and tiger is the very best at it, so thats a lame excuse/reason to say someone isnt dominant.

I wasn't trying to bash the sport. I was trying to bring some rationality to his assertion that Tiger is better because he's playing against more people. He's not actually competing with them. They don't impact what he does.

Making matters worse, Tiger gets to practice on the course before playing it. Roger doesn't get to practice against Roddick before playing him. I wonder what golf scores would look like if pros could only walk out on the course and start playing.
