I am sure that it really depends upon how good his spring training his. Figgins is a pretty lousy thirdbaseman, so if Wood can show off his glove and hits the ball well, he will be starting sooner rather than later.
How much time he spends in Triple A really depends on Figgin's defense and Wood's spring.

Dallas had/has major injury concerns though so it's not fair to compare the two. I do find it interesting that a lot of Halos prospects absolutely kill the competition but have a lot of trouble adjusting to MLB. Might have something to do with the hitter friendly environment in their system but we shall see with Kendrick and now Wood.

I'm not even putting Figgins on my list. There's nothing working in his favor this year. Without 2B eligibility, he's not even close to worth it where he's getting drafted.
With that said, Wood is nowhere near ready. Rushing him would be a huge mistake.

These Mcpherson references are way off base. First, they didnt rush Dallas Mcpherson. Second, Most of Dmacs problems stem from his chronically ailing back, which he just had surgery on. As an Angels fan I cant wait for an infield of Wood, Aybar, Kendrick, and Kotchman, sounds pretty good to me.

Figgins is 2B eligible in Yahoo leagues.

Yeah, no way he is ready. They don't need to mess him up so early in his career and I think Figgins is good enough to hold the job until Wood is ready. Though, moving him to 3B is great for him and Aybar. What a Solid Infield They look to have for the Future with Kendrick, Aybar and Wood. Wow.
Is pushing for President Obama to pass a law requiring all citizens to be Chicago White Sox fans and make October 1st "White Sox Day" where we all dress as our favorite player. It maybe socialist, but I don't care.
