id have to say i like team b slightly better than team a.


Team A: I have issues with bonds and pierre because they are not consistent fantasy contributers. I like the potential in rios, but i dont see how he is gunna start. I would trade him for a cf or lf.

I really like mauer and the pitching staff though. You got webb, zambrano, verlander, hamels, zito and 2 good closers.

But Team B is a little more well rounded

Check for russell martin for the c position (worst case scenario : rotate catchers who are hitting well in the given month)

otherwise the lineup is fine and you know its good when u have miggy has your utility.

pitching - not as many aces as team a but you have oswalt, hernandez, harden, papelbon, smoltz, sheets, lowe.... not as good quality wise but they are consistent and then you have saito and ryan as your closers (maybe papelbon)

for both teams i would recomend getting a 3rd closer/elite set up man... they help lower the era, whip and provide extra k's

What types of leagues are these? Team B is much better than team A just upon first glance (and assuming these are Yahoo leagues), but it seems like Team B was drafted in an eight-man league, not a ten or twelve. So, what types of leagues are these?
