Angel Villalona Question

I'm in a dynasty league that allows you to sign minor league players for a max of 3 years. Is it worth it to sign the teenager to a minimum contract of .25 or is he just too far away. After the 3rd year the contract will double each year after that.

I know he can be great, but 3 years can go by on his contract and I am still left waiting on him in the minors while hes still a teenager.

What do you think? Get him or spend the roster spot on a player more likely to make an impact within the next 1-2 years.

He could be great, but he's likely at least 5 years away from even sniffing the majors.

I'd say Villalona is closer to 4 years away. He will not make a significant impact until 5-6 years.

He might be three years away, but won't really make an impact to about 2011.

I seriously doubt him having an impact in the next 3-4 years?

How often does a teenager get material playing time in the majors? And how often are they any good?
