I agree with this for the most part. I really think that you should trade two of your SP for a good OF (reliable) Also, you might want to think about trading Giambi as he does no good on the bench.

Does Lance have dual eligibility in the outfield, cause it may be worth your while to move Giambi to first, Lance to the OF, and put Delmon or Jeff on the bench (or trade, especially Delmon). People will generally give more for a young star on the rise (especially if he performs early), than a star at the end of his career (though, if he stays healthy Giambi should have the better season).

i agree w/ the giambi possibility otherwise i would try to move giambi for an OF upgrade. other than that your pitching looks really nice.
