Sixteen team mixed nonkeeper league needs one owner

Somebody just withdrew and need to replace him. I run well established sixteen team nonkeeper
mixed league and It uses a serpentine draft rather than an auction. The stakes are $60 with an option to
increase the stakes to $100 which about half the teams choose, plus a small
fee for a stats
