We are looking for someone who is pretty mature (no drama queens or flamethrowers), is interested in multiple years, and is playing in few enough leagues that they won't be spread all over the map.

Scoring is H2H, 7x7, with 16 teams, slow live draft online. League keeps 5 players to allow cellar-dwellers to have a shot each year. League is about 50/50 Cafe members and non-Cafe, making the strategy pretty variable and keeping it interesting (Non-Cafe members have won the last 3 championships).
