Its a good team

The first thing that struck me is your amazing IF I really think you are set there for now and the future

what scares me about your team is that I see no true 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round pick that really stands out

I do beleive you need to make a trade for saves. There is no way that Bobby Jenks will be able to carry you in saves so I say try and trade a bad releiver, or a good hitter for a bottom tier/top tier closer

Your entire pitching staff truely scares me and I think maybe try and trade Pudge to a team that is desperate at catcher and a starter for maybe a better starter and a worse hitter or some kind of deal like that.

Your bench pitching is nice but you do need some bench hitting and maybe trade one of those young pitchers for a decent hitter, or maybe try and trade Soriano/Rincon for a hitter or low-tier closer because holds is not a stat.

Those are just a few of my suggestion but overall decent team but obviously built more for the future than the present.

Thanks to Alec03 for the awesome sig
