I didn't get to see Hermida play much last year but the consensus was that his variety of injuries held him back significantly. And from all I hear he's got a job in Florida this year. He should do well and chances are he's worth the hype.

I like Kemp a lot though. He's athletic as hell and he strikes me as a guy who has the tools to break out in a big way. The only problem I see is I just don't see him getting the playing time, at least in 07. He's got at least half a year in the minors this year.

Just traded BButler, BWood & JLoney for Mark Teixeira, Ryan Theriot & Renyel Pinto in a DYNASTY LEAGUE. Big gamble I know!

Hermida was a top 5 prospect.Kemp has come nowhere close to that.Scouts are saying the same thing as some in this thread.He has a major whole in his swing and it showed last year.Hermida is easily a better prospect.Kemp is more of a freakish athlete.
