Brand new dynasty league draft. 8 teams, head to head, standard scoring with OPS and K/BB added. Draft just ended. As always leave a link and I will help in return.

Not too familiar with 8-teamers, but your team looks awesome. I'm in a 12-team dynasty and envy you. Barfield, MCab, Kendrick, Hall, Bay, Lee, Patterson, Bonderman, Cain, Young, Gordon, Bush, Tulowizki, Hill...great guys to have on a dynasty. And some nice staples in Konerko, Young, Hafner, and Nathan.

I worry about your RP situation and your speed.

8 team league. You might get beat this year, but your gonna be solid for several years.

1B Paul Konerko
2B Josh Barfeld

concern me a little.

but you have the top prospects in the game which should really help you out.

pitching isn't deep as it should be, but you can draft some yougn arms.

Konerko definitly looses value in a dynasty. Pronk on the other hand is not only a staple, but very young.

Thanks for the posts.
Yeah Konerko was a fall back because I tried to wait too long on Prince Fielder. By that time all the big 1Bs were gone. Howie Kendrick has 1B eligibility in Yahoo, so I'm banking on him to be able to replace Konerko eventually.

If this is a dynasty league, you might be best trying to get the inside track on Eric Duncan, seeing as the Yankees don't have a first baseman, the former first round draft pick in 03 could make it to the magors this year. Another guy to look at is James Loney of the dodgers. When the aging nomar leaves he will most likely inherit that job. nice team but still, Kendrick will not be first base eligible for long.
