you have a darned good outfield, and will probably racking up steals, but power is king in the CBS points league, and you could use a mashing 1st or 3rd baseman.

as far as pitching goes, theres some potential there, but i'm not exactly in love with your staff... also i think your lack of relief pitching will hurt you because saves are worth as much as wins in the CBS scoring format.

I'd suggest trying to package maybe a pitcher and beltre for a big bat corner infielder and picking up any closers that are availible on the wire. (there should be some in a 10 team league)

I agree with L. You have a great OF but at the cost of not having a top 10 player at either CI position imo.

I've never played points but I sure would think lack of any closers would hurt. Not thrilled with the SP's in a 10 team league.

is giambi not a good enough 1B? When i drafted him i thought he was a masher, but the opinions here make me think otherwise.

Giambi should hit you 35-40 homers, 90-100 runs and atleast 110 rbi, but his avrege could be below .250. But that said, I still think hes a good option because of the great ba/sb potential of your team.

need an upgrade at 3b and you need some closers.. i like the pitching.. try to trade beltre with cabrera, lee, or escobar for either an good #2/ lower ace or a really good 3b.. if you get a good 3b and make small upgrades to your pitching.. you really need to get a closer or 2....

I don't know how CBS gives points, but in terms of balance I'd consider trading one of your steals guys for a PREMIERE closer.

K-Rod or Joe Nathan for C. Crawford, and then pick an outfielder off waivers. You'd basically be trading 60 steals for 40 saves, WHIP, ERA, K's & an upgrade in RBI & HR.

Just a thought-- don't force it if it isn't there though.
I appreciate any and all suggestions on my roster.

need more analysis, i keep getting trade offers for guererro, but i dont want to trade him. Is Delmon Young going to come through, and what about the pitching and Beltre and Blalock.
