Joining A Private ESPN League

Hey I created a league on ESPN, and I personally felt it was better than Yahoo! The only problem I am now facing is my fellow owners are having trouble getting into the league. Do I have to invite them via e-mail or is there an easier way? And if you could direct me on how to do this "easier way" (if there is one) I would appreciate it.

This don't really help, but I can't find away around the emailing the invite myself. I'd love to know too.
