I was wondering when I checked out last years it was Feb the 23rd that the top 100 was out on the net. Do they always put it out on the 23rd or will it be out around this date. We are starting our draft on the 25th so I would hope it was out because we use it for our drafting.

In his Feb 14th ESPN chat, Jim Callis said that it should be out sometime next week (probably after they finish the top 10s, whose schedule is posted). So it very well might be up on or around the 23rd. Or check your local news stand and pick up a copy of the BA magazine.

Should be out on Thursday March 1st.
