Good Number of Players?

This is my first season being commish and I need some input on how many roster spots my league should have. Is this good? Should I have more bench spots?

That's the exact format I use in our 12-team league. I've not played in a 10-team league so I don't know if you would want to add more slots because of that.

I'm thinking of having 6 bench spots, I like to have room for 3 batters and 3 pitchers on the bench.

I like to have 5 outfielders and 2 utility, but that works.
