Yahoo! Plus Price Question?

I'm looking to start a 12 team keeper league on Yahoo! Plus. Now do I pay just the 124.99 and I'm good to go, or do I have to pay 124.99 and then each team that joins the league has to pay 24.99 for their team as well?

just pay 125

then split that cost amongst the league
