I was just reading a classified post wveres made about how he was interested in getting other kids involved in a fantasy league with his kids. Perhaps, ESPN was interested in letting their kids make some free agent predictions ?

It would be nice if they gave some reasoning for why they have predicted each player to land in a given location . The stats are a waste of time, we can find those anywhere. It's the teams budgets and wish lists that matter .

If their list was a puzzle, it would fit together about as well as the Red Sox's club house . I mean, they have Raul Mondesi as the biggest free agent that the Giants will sign, aside from Richie (Aurilia) . ESPN...that is a pretty messed up joke .

So, I am going to say that that ESPN article is donkey poo and I do not even think their predictions are noteworthy .

Schilling has a full no-trade clause and Mark Grace was quoted, in a mlb.com story, in saying that his former teammate will not accept any trade to the American League.

i'm going to go ahead and say that only 10 of ESPN's projections are correct...

I agree, there seemed to be a whole lot of unlikelyhoods there.

And I don't think Schilling will be going anywhere except Philly. I'm 99% sure I heard an interview with him saying "I dont know where all these rumors come from, there's only one place I would go and thats Philly". I leave that 1% because I know I could always have been mistaken, but I am actually positive that he said his going to NY or Boston were just rumors.

Does anybody know the interview I'm talking about? They said it on ESPNnews just a few days ago. Peter Gammons was talking about all the free agents and then they played an audio clip from Schilling saying all thesep eople talking about where he could wind up were ridiculous rumors.
