need custom league

anyone know of a site that will let us use special custom settings.
our league has used a special way to play h2h using ponits based on 2 players per infield,4 of 6 sp, 2 rp,3 of 6 of,highest guys count,
in a position vs position for runs format.
sample,say 1b vs 1b using points team a gets 1 run for winning position and an extra run for every 6 fantasy points extra.
all positions score extra runs for a certain amount of extra points.
it was unique and the best of any way to play.
we have played this since the 80's and tq sports was our site but it now has dropped us saying it would no longer support this format.
we really do not want to use just the normal h2h on all the usual sites but i have looked for a long time and cannot find a site that we can use our custom stats.
anyone out there have any knowledge of a site that can help us.
