Will Beltran flop in comparison to how we think he will do?

8-o Because of him missing a little time at the start of the year last year, I think he'll be a little undervalued in a few leagues. I have him as high as 3rd best outfielder to draft in a 4x4 standard league.

;-D
If I were playing third base and my mother were rounding third with the run that was going to beat us, I'd trip her. Oh, I'd pick her up and brush her off and say, 'Sorry, Mom,' but nobody beats me.

If you can get Beltran in any round after the first, that's a huge steal. He's easily a 1st round pick. I can't see him falling past the first round.
Yes doctor, I am sick.

Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.

Kaufman field actually hasn't played an enormous part of Beltran's career. His average IS close to .040 points better at home, but he appears to have the same power numbers across the board. In the end it may prevent Beltran from hitting .300, but if he hits .285 with 30/30/100/100 who cares?

True, his power numbers have been about 50/50. His last 4 years show a home 333, versus road 273. His oba is about 60 points lower as well. But what if he goes to a pitcher's park? Will the power numbers then stay the same? I just don't see a trade as helpful to Beltran owners.

Should read home average 323, not 333.
