The red on the Red Sox cap can be interpreted as blood, but I think it's intended to be paint. And on most of the hats, that is certainly what it resembles.
Surely you have better things to do than bother New Era about a hat image.
If not, send them an email from your computer that's downloaded with microsoft programs then go have some lunch at KFC. After that you can wash it down with a snickers. LOL

I applaud in10s for taking his stand on this, even if my interpretation is different than his. If people stopped holding others responsible for things such as these, but maybe not this particular circumstance, you can kiss our society as we know it goodbye. Nice job in10s.

"Ghettoness/gansterness", did not come to mind for me. More like "trailer trash"
They are ridiculous like 90% of the new New Era hats....
I actually saw one for the Cardinals yesterday that actually had a map of around St. Louis with a star next to the city of St.Louis...with a giant Cardinals logo on the side and back.
Another Cardinal hat had the entire St.Louis skyline on the entire front of the hat...which was meant to be turned to the side CC Sabathia style. Needless to say, it was interesting.
