Recruiting new owners

I know there's a bunch of commishes out there that need 3-5 owners. Where do you go? Besides here and CBS? Baseball Notebook? nah, no activity. Has anyone thought about conbining leagues? get 2-3 commishes that are offering similiar type leagues and make 1. Is this a good idea? I believe so as this pulls resources together, the customer gets better leagues to join and everyone is happy. Let's face it, It's not fun to create a 16 team league and have 8-10 dedicated owners sitting around waiting.
