I used to work with a former GM and scout, and we used to talk about who the best young player was fairly often. He said that Wright was going to be the best, I said M Cab, and I still think so.
edit: I guess that's not really saying why, so here's why: He's the best hitter of the group listed and will most likely continue to improve for at least a few more years.

Sizemore. Good CFs who can play defense are a lot tougher to find than good 3Bs. Cs are even tougher, but they also are much more likely to flame out. I rank them:
Sizemore
Miggy
Wright
Mauer

I have Sizemore close behind due to the same reasons you are citing.
Mauer I have a feeling will switch position at some point due to his knees which would make his bat less of a factor at the new position.

I'm leaning towards Sizemore, too. Neither Wright nor Miggy are that great in the field, and Sizemore's a decent CF. Mauer's defense is also very good, but catchers worry me more. Still when I look at the numbers, it's hard not to pick Miggy. Six HoFamers in his comp list--Wright and Sizemore have just one. Maue has 5. Eeven measures that include defense, like WARP have Miggy ahead of all 3 at each age, although it's gotten narrower each year.
