New England Roto 5x5 Mixed Money League

A good core group and we are recruiting a couple of good owners. Standard 5x5 rotisserie scoring, mixed league, up to 12 teams. Likely $75 entry fee with all fees returned in prizes. There is a second league that may also have openings (same except draft format). This league uses an auction draft, but once the draft is over there is no salary cap, and free agent pickups are unlimited.

no thanks i dont like rotisserie. head to head is much more fun. auction sounds fun but not realistic for people from all over the country. thanks anyway.

This thread is not to debate roto vs. head-to-head leagues, but I will say that roto leagues separate the men from the boys while head-to-head leagues involve a fair amount of luck (as in anyone can have a good week here or there).

I would like to add some info about the auction league I'm recruiting for based on inquiries:

Draft date TBD, likely 3rd week of March (as close to opening day as possible while leaving time to enter the results and set lineups, ensuring all owners can participate).

Traditionally we've always used the free Yahoo service. However, ESPN is offering free leagues with more features, namely live scoring. It will be one of those two sites. I had performance troubles with Fox during football so not there.
