Quite probably one of the most astonishing things I have ever seen another person do....
Stephen Wiltshire, autistic savant, draws a panoramic view of Rome entirely from his memory after one helicopter flight with unbelievable accuracy.

Autistics have long been known to have "amazing" mental abilities. Kim Peak is the man they based the Rain Man character off of. I've seen shows about him and the things he can do. It's pretty amazing stuff.
What amazes me more than anything is that ANYONE could do this stuff - it's just a matter of how our brains are wired. Each individual brain from Einstein to a mental vegetable has enough connections to do these things, but most of us aren't wired to do them.
The brain is just simply amazing.
