Please Rate this Keeper Team - 16 Team 6x6 H2H

Hi,

Please analyze/rate/ridicule my team. I tried to draft my offense based on the scoring (notice no 'runs' category - 'hits' instead...plus OPS). So i went with high avg. guys with power and good obp. First time in a league this large (16 teams) so i was surprised how quick the talent diminished. Please let me know what you think and any tips.
